We notify you at 80% and 100% of your monthly run quota. We won't cut off an in-progress run — once you reach your limit, new runs are queued and you're prompted to upgrade. Your data and agents are never deleted.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. You keep all your existing agents, connections, and history when you move to a higher plan.
Yes — Team comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You get the full feature set including shared agents and higher usage limits during the trial.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice on net-30 or net-60 terms.
Unused runs do not roll over on Starter or Team. Run quotas reset on the first of each billing cycle. Enterprise plans can negotiate custom rollover terms.
